Lil Uzi Vert has been hospitalized in New York City for an undetermined illness.
According to TMZ, paramedics got a call on Monday afternoon (April 21) for what was reported as a “sick person” in Lower Manhattan.
The rapper was wheeled out of a luxury condo and into the ambulance – and girlfriend JT was reportedly by their side the entire time.
While little details are known about what exactly happened as of press time, the outlet reports that Uzi was at least conscious throughout the ordeal and was admitted into the ER.

As of Tuesday (April 22), Uzi remains hospitalized.
Earlier this year, Lil Uzi Vert made headlines when the rapper added a ton of new piercings to their face.
In a video shared to social media in January, Uzi can be seen sporting over a dozen barbells around their nose and mouth.

“Unc aint u like 30sum?” one person commented when the video was shared online. “Uzi kinda dresses like that one cracked out girl that has a mental breakdown everytime her dealers 20 minutes late,” someone else said.
Another person wrote: “no way this da same dude who made do what I want & erase your socials.”
Uzi is no stranger to controversial style choices – like the [since-removed] $24 million diamond they had implanted into their forehead back in 2021.
They first showed off the lavish pink diamond during a FaceTime call with music executive Slowbucks who shared a screenshot of it to his Instagram account.

“He really went in did it 24mill on his head,” Slowbucks captioned the post. “What y’all thinking about?”
People couldn’t help but notice the implant wasn’t properly centered and comments such as “is it too late to move it over just half an inch” and “why it crooked” started pouring in on The Shade Room‘s post.
Uzi soon addressed the chatter and explained, “It’s actually in the middle. It’s in the middle. I just got a long bar in it because I just got it pierced. When the swelling go down I’ll get a short bar so it won’t move. Y’all keep talking about it off because I got a long bar in it so it can move ’cause of the swelling. When it go down, it gonna be right though.”
