The Rollinâ 60s Neighborhood Crip claimed that the situation unfolded in a nightclub in L.A. and was in response to Meek âtalking real reckless on Twitter.â
âWe caught him at the club where he was performing at,â he said. âAs soon as he walked in, all of the security that was with him, they spun around. I grabbed cuz like, âBro, wassup?â I said, âGet on the phone with Ross.'â

Asked if Meek would have been âin the trunkâ had Ross not coughed up the money, Cannon replied: âYeah, of course.â
He also explained that they targeted the Philadelphia rapper âbecause we needed that bag. He didnât owe no money; we took the money. Itâs not extortion [..] It was just a business transaction.â
Luce Cannon admitted that he kidnapped Meek Mill at the club & held him up for Ransom for $50,000 in LA

Cannon also said the incident strengthened Meekâs friendship with L.A. native and fellow Rollinâ 60s member Nipsey Hussle, suggesting it happened several years ago.
âThatâs why Meek and Nipsey became cool after that situation because they started using the same PR. Meek got smart and started hitting Nipsey up, and thatâs why the Big U feud kept going with Nipsey,â he explained.

Meek Mill and Rick Ross have yet to respond to the story in the year since Luce Cannonâs interview.
Cannon (real name Termaine Williams) was recently arrested along with Big U and 17 others as part of a large-scale operation against the Rollinâ 60s Neighborhood Crips.
Charges filed against the alleged gang members include murder, human trafficking and extortion, with Big U accused of killing a rapper identified only as RW as revenge for a diss track being released about him.
In a video filmed before his arrest, Big U (born Eugene Henley) denied the claims against him, saying: âThis the price of being Black and trying to help somebody, trying to help your community and do what you can. You just guilty because somebody else donât like you.â

Big U claims to be a community activist and entrepreneur, although prosecutors allege that his non-profit organization Developing Options is a front for his illegal activity.
Luce Cannon, who made regular appearances on the No Jumper podcast, previously made headlines for claiming that he once witnessed Diddy having sex with Family Matters star Reginald VelJohnson.
