Damien “DDot” Washington, Direct of Business Development at EVEN, said in a statement: “As someone who has seen UnitedMasters grow since their initial launch into the powerhouse for independence that they’ve become today, I couldn’t be happier to be a part of bridging the gap between thriving emerging artists and the direct to fan business.
“We at EVEN have worked tirelessly and strategically with UnitedMasters, to finetune how we both can help artists superserve their biggest supporters, with intentional, exciting and immersive campaigns. This is just the beginning of something special. I believe that if more labels lean into what we’re doing here, we will see a better global economy for both artists and labels. l hope that the rest of the industry follows UM’s lead.”
